Jw Marriott Hotel Hangzhou

We had a wonderful stay in this hotel with great views, comfortable rooms, and excellent amenities. The staff was friendly and accommodating, and the breakfast was one of the best we've had. The hotel facilities were clean, and the location was perfect for exploring this city's downtown area, with easy access to transportation and shopping malls.

The hotel is conveniently located in a nice area, in the center of the city, close to several malls where you can spend an afternoon shopping. Guests mention the large and spacious rooms with big windows, comfortable beds, and big bathrooms. the attentive service of the staff is also appreciated, including the turndown service and housekeeping. the breakfast buffet offers a wide variety of food, and the top floor lounge provides an impressive view of the surrounding area.

During my Xmas stay, I was impressed with the well, trained staff who managed to offer a highly efficient and friendly service. the hotel's central location allowed for easy access to shopping malls, local landmarks, and the metro station. the room amenities were also up to par, providing comfortable and cozy bedding for a relaxing stay.

I found that the overall room decor was slightly outdated and lacked the luxurious feel of a five, star hotel. the front desk staff's attention to detail was not up to standard, as I had to keep reminding them of my specific requests during check, in.

Staying at this hotel was a luxurious experience, with exclusive amenities like a sauna, heated indoor swimming pool and steam room. the full body massage I received was excellent, and the staff was very attentive in making sure all my needs were met. the Sun terrace was a great place to relax and enjoy the stunning view. the entertainment provided by the hotel was enjoyable, and the bar/lounge area was a great hangout spot. The restaurants offered a wide range of mouth-watering dishes and the location was convenient for exploring the city. Cons: the only minor issue I encountered during my stay at this hotel was the lack of public bath facilities. this was not a major concern as there were plenty of other amenities to enjoy.

Great location for exploring with plenty of shops and restaurants nearby. Metro station within walking distance. , the room was spacious and the bed was very comfortable. The staff was friendly and helpful.

The turn-down service was too early, which interrupted our evening plans. the staff at the breakfast venue was quite insistent on us not wearing the hotel slippers, which seemed unnecessary and caused some annoyance.
